Late Arrivals
We understand that life happens, but our barbers run on a tight schedule to respect every client's time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit to avoid impacting other bookings. Arriving on time ensures you get the full service you booked without feeling rushed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give us at least 4 hours notice. This allows us to offer that time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the barber's discretion. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain consistent service for everyone.
No Shows
A no show occurs when a client misses their scheduled appointment without any prior communication. Repeated no shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future bookings. We want to keep the booking process easy and flexible, so please reach out if your plans change and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let your barber know before leaving the shop so we can address your concerns immediately. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the appointment. Product returns are accepted within 7 days in unused, original condition with proof of purchase.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of our clients and team is a top priority. All tools and stations are sanitized between every client using hospital grade disinfectants. Fresh capes and neck strips are used for each appointment. Our barbers follow strict hygiene practices to ensure a clean and safe experience every time you visit. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to protect the health of everyone in the shop.
